What a weekend! I have been like a kid in a candy store all weekend. All the fun and the events totally exceeded my expectations. We have been going since Friday. We have been to all the festivities downtown and at the Convention center. On Friday at the convention center we were hand picked to take part in the historic draft for the All Star game. There were only about 300 fans who were picked, so we were super lucky. It was super cool and we were on national tv. The boys were also really lucky. They went down to the Fan Fair at the convention center on Friday morning with the YMCA. They got to have the run of the place before it opened to the public. We spent the day downtown on Saturday. Tons of stuff going on, it was like a huge festival. It didn’t hurt that we have been in the 60’s all weekend. Last night we went to the Super Skills and tailgated for a while before the game. There have been Wings fans everywhere. Today we are winding down and just watching the game from home. Just a whirlwind of fun all weekend.

What's with Todd and Sue, why didn't they wear a jersey (its not a jersey if it's not a wing) lol The Livernois' family did the "D" proud showing Raleigh what real jerseys are.

I always knew you would be famous Jamie! Looks like a really fun weekend. I can't believe how tall the boys are getting! Jamie - Steve Yzerman just called and wanted your number, he said he saw you on tv and Shanahan was telling him about the blonde in the audience with the Red Wing jersey on!
