Season Finale

Well, we finally ended the hockey season and now we are taking the summer off. We finished on a good note. Justin has improved tremendously and is one of the leaders on his team. His team had a strong playoff run and lost in the final game of the championships. Check out the video, he has some great passes (he is number 2 in gray with the white helmet). Owen moved up an age group and had to take his game up a notch. He had alot of goals this session against some great goalies. His team got knocked out in the 2nd round of the playoffs in a hard fought battle.

Sun & Surf

We spent the holiday weekend visiting Denise and Dominic. On Saturday, we went over to Emerald Isle for the day and soaked up the rays. It was a great day at the beach, the boys swam and did some boogie boarding & skim boarding. We saw a dolphin come up right in front of us. The picture with Owen holding the fish is not a fish…it’s actually a sand shark. Some guy caught it while surf fishing and Owen through it back out. On Sunday we took a ferry over to Bear Island for another day of sun & surf. It was a great time and we had a lot of fun. ‘Til next time…
