Day 3

Today was a nice easy going day. Shaun and I did some work around the house but managed to spend time playing with the boys. We went on a short bike ride in our neighborhood and the boys were having a blast going downhill. Coming back home (all uphill) was quite a workout for the little guys but they made it. We relaxed this evening and had a movie night by the fire. It was a nice relaxing way to end 2006 and we are more than excited to start out 2007 on our new adventure. Kisses and hugs to all at midnight!!! Happy New Year!!

Day 2

"A picture is worth a thousand words."

These speak for themselves!

Well, day 2 was another great one! Owen was up at 5:30 a.m. anxious to ride his heely's in the garage. Both boys slept great and were excited to have their beds back. Shaun and I did work around the house and then after lunch we headed over to Jordan Lake to show the boys and play around for awhile. They had a blast and can't wait to go in the summer for picnics and swimming. We did some shopping after our trip to the lake and then came home and grilled out for dinner. The weather was about 60 - 65 and partly sunny today. Still very nice for December 30th! We are getting settled in the house and it already feels like home. The boys are watching a movie right now and eating popcorn. They really like how "hilly" it is and Owen said "it's not like that in Michigan". Owen is very anxious to start school and make new friends and eat lunch at school like a big boy. Owen walked outside yesterday and today with the sun shining and said "Yep, this feels like North Carolina". Justin is just being Justin sweet and mellow goin with the flow. Well that's enough for today enjoy the pictures.
